Historic building with private parking. Easy key access via lock box explained by Connor. Quiet, safe, clean, and well-equipped apartment. Helpful communication with Connor. Great for longer stays. Top choice among many apartments.

We felt privileged from the moment we arrived at this hidden gem. The private parking and easy key access made us feel safe and welcome. The apartment itself was exceptional – quiet, clean, and well-equipped. Connor, the staff member, was extremely helpful and made our stay even more enjoyable. fantastic value for money, a great location, and top-notch service.
The hotel breakfast menu could use a little improvement. A wider variety of tea and coffee options would be a nice addition.

We recently stayed at a lovely apartment in a quiet part of town. The building, with its rich history as a former brewery, added to the charm. The private parking was a huge plus, providing us with a sense of security. The communication with Connor, the owner, was exceptional, and he made sure we had all the information we needed.
Although we did encounter a couple of minor issues, such as a difficult lock on the flat door and an uncomfortable sofa bed, they did not diminish our overall experience. Additionally, the heat in the apartment during the summer was a slight inconvenience, but it didn't detract from our enjoyment.

This place was an absolute gem! The apartment was perfect - super clean and comfy, with tasteful decor. We had all the cooking equipment we needed to whip up a meal. The location was quiet but still close to the center and marina. We felt so privileged with our private and safe parking space. Connor was an amazing host, providing clear instructions and helpful information. The building itself had so much history and character. We loved our four-night stay, and we can confidently say it's one of the best apartments we've ever stayed in. Ideal location, spotlessly clean, and fantastic communication throughout. Simply superb!

The apartment was fantastic. We were pleasantly surprised by the fully equipped kitchen, complete with an oven and microwave. It made us feel like top chefs! Plus, the satellite flat-screen TV was a great addition, especially for lazy evenings in.
Only one tiny niggle - the heat! Despite not having the heating on, the temperature reached a scorching 28°C, and the fans didn't do much to cool things down.

The room at 1 Silvester Square was so cozy and inviting, with a comfortable sofa bed and a seating area to relax in. I loved having a kitchen with an oven and microwave to prepare my own meals. It was a bonus to have a flat-screen TV and ironing facilities, making me feel right at home.
Personally, I found the electric kettle a bit slow, but I'm sure others might not mind.
